Nextiva Fax also offers 500 incoming pages in the same basic fax account and has no set up fees. Another great feature of the Nextiva Fax system is the ability to send and receive facts from Microsoft applications. That means you can simply select fax while in Word, Excel, Presentations and more. Nextiva Fax also stores all of your sent and received faxes on their secure servers so it’s ok if you delete an email or lose an old fax.
Another great feature of the Nextiva Fax offering is the US technical support. Most online fax providers have support but Nextiva Fax goes above and beyond with quality customer service reps and plenty of patience. In other words, there are no stupid questions. The system itself is similar to other internet fax offerings. Great dashboard for viewing faxes and sending faxes, easy plugins and plenty of numbers to chose from. You can also port over an existing fax number if necessary. Overall, Nextiva Fax is our new favorite for internet fax and the price is definitely right at $59.40 per year (only $4.95/mo.).
