One of the easiest ways to be more productive in your business is to stop using a traditional fax machine; you should switch over to fax via internet. The reason for this is that if you add up how much time you spend trying to fax something through a regular fax machine, you will see just how much time is wasted with every attempt. To use a regular fax machine you have to stand at the fax machine and watch as each page goes through, but you also have to dial the number where you want the fax machine to go through. Once all of this is done you, have to wait to ensure that the fax has gone through, most of the time you cannot walk away from it. To send an internet fax you need to have a membership with an internet fax service. Once you have the membership you simply have to create your fax, which you can use whatever format is most comfortable with you. Once you have created the fax you will need to save it to your computer and then log into your internet fax account. All that you have to now is choose whom you want to send the fax to and then click send. That’s it you are done, and can now move onto doing something else to help make your business more profitable.
